Coin of the week When we featured a Finney's Thunderbolt gold quarter stater as our Coin of the Week on 2 March this year we didn't think it  likely that we would ever see a better specimen. We have now and this is it. Yes, this is probably the finest known example of this highly prized gold quarter stater which has one of the most dramatic designs in British Iron Age coinage.
